I buy produce from Washington's Greengrocer because I'm unable to find things in the grocery store that I actually want to try.  I end up with a potato, an onion, maybe, if I'm adventurous, a bell pepper.  I don't buy greens.  This way,  I get greens.

Boy, do I get greens.

This week, I did the all veggie organic box and, despite having done the same thing last week, forgot just how many vegetables that was.  I now have two massive bunches of kale, about a dozen large carrots, four pint boxes of white mushrooms, two large bundles of broccoli and two large baggies of pea shoots.

Pea shoots?  What on earth are pea shoots?  They're gorgeous, they look wonderful, but... I don't know what the hell to do with them!
